I was watching shadypenguinn while hatching for a shiny Espurr. It was an unusually stally battle and was about 15~ minutes in when I look down and see a pink Espurr. I just sat there stunned.

It's male and Keen Eye, but it's nothin I can't rectify with a ability capsule.

i wasnt insinuating you used the qr exploit

i was merely stating that it exists
i didn't know there'd still be people grinding for shinies when you could literally make one and get it in under a minute

Some people get a sense of satisfaction from getting their shinies themselves. Others just want the shinies and don't care about how they get them.

I know it'd be easier to make shinies through the QR method, but I'd be more satisfied hatching 1000 eggs for one.

I can't agree more! Even trading with someone for a legit shiny just isn't the same either, though hacks/exploits are the worst satisfaction wise. To be honest the best Shinies are obtained by yourself without cheats. And the best of all are those unexpected ones you get when you are not shiny hunting. The surprise makes for a great feeling. ^.^

It really does--- I try not to look on purpose for my shinies... and when im paying the least amount of attention to the game (Like watching tv whilst running in the grass), a shiny appears! Its pretty great!
