Holiday season giveaway / gift exchange ideas?

Hello everybody! The holiday season is approaching (or has already begun depending on how you view it)! I'd like to do some kind of giveaway or gift exchange with other people here for the holidays. I'd like to do something a little different than a standard giveaway because those are kind of boring and happen all of the time. I'm thinking of a couple of ideas:

• One would be to let people make a Toy Day list and have people volunteer to come dressed as Santa to deliver the presents to people.
  
• Another would be for one or more people to open their towns (preferably ones with a lot of open space) so that people could come in and drop presents they would like to give to other people and let people pick things up as they want.

I'd also like to hear if anyone else has any good ideas (since I'm not that creative) or if anyone wants to participate. I want this to be a community thing because while I would love to give people stuff that they want, I can't do it all alone so I'd need some help. Hopefully we can make something happen so that all TBTers can have a happy holiday.

Yea and maybe we can get the admins in on this too and like give everyone a number that would match someone else and they would have to trade

That sounds fun, I would like to participate! also we could do a lottery cash prize thing (In game) with fortune cookies or something

I like the secret Santa idea as well as Red Cat's ideas (although it would be good if you broke your ideas down into separate paragraphs to make it easier to read). I was planning to do a holiday giveaway myself so I will let you know if I come up with any ideas.
