Holiday Movies

the Nativity films are an absolute christmas classic! i also back up the cheesy romcom vibes of the princess switch if you want to watch something that's borderline painful (in the best way)

I just watched Shazam the other night. It's really a great DC film that's on par with the Marvel movies and it's set during Christmas time. They don't necessarily make a big deal about mentioning that it is Xmas, but there's bits here or there throughout the whole film that reel it in that it is during Xmas.

And it's about a foster family coming together. So it still has those kinds of messages in it.

Omg, I loved that movie. I haven’t seen a lot of the recent Marvel and DC movies, but I watched Shazam with my dad, and we both thought it was hilarious. 10/10 movie right there.

Jingle All the Way: Saw it last year. I've never laughed that hard at a christmas film before. Im making it a tradition to watch this film every year

Elf: Another funny film and heartwarming too.

Home Alone: Another classic.

Die Hard: Yes I'm one of those people

My favorites are
Home Alone 1 and 2
Jingle all the Way
How the Grinch stole Christmas Cartoon
Jim Carrey's The Grinch
Muppet Christmas Carol (such good music)
Nightmare Before Christmas
Elf
Klaus (like others have said it's super good, easliy a new favorite)
Robin Robin (a cute wintery short on netflix, I loved every minute of it, highly recommend)

I low-key hate National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, the dad is such a creep

For me its these movies I always put on during December:

1. Home Alone
2. The Polar Express
3. How the Grinch Stole Christmas (cartoon)
4. Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas
