Cycling Hold Whitney for me?

Whitney is in my second town but since I don't have another 3ds, I need someone to hold her for me.
Basically, all you would have to do is go to my second town, move Whitney in to your town, then TT her into boxes so I can pick her up on my main town character. (I have room, thankfully~!)
If you're willing to do this for me, make sure you haven't had her in your town (unless you've cycled out 16 villagers) and please, have a high wifi-rating.

I'm in EST.
There's no specific date where I need this to be done but the earlier the better
