how did you plot reset?
i've found the only way mine works if if i set the time 1 day forward (after going to someones house to ask them to move in) and setting the time to 5:55AM and logging off my mayor and waiting a few minutes before starting up my new save file, and then hunting for that plot.

if he hasn't moved and it's been 2 times, he's stuck there. you did something wrong : (

if you didn't start as your mayor, sometimes villagers will just stay in the same plot for a few resets. i had a few of my villagers stay in the same plot after resetting like 5 times, they move around eventually.

Try turning your 3DS off and on again? I've heard that kind of resets where he plots.

I've had villagers stay in the same spot 3 or 4 times in a row. This worried me and made me think I did something wrong. Eventually they moved their plot. I hope this ends up being the same for you.

I am happy but like i said he is a dreamie and really don't want him in that spot as it is the worst spot he could pick ;-;

I've found that powering down your 3ds definitely does help with breaking them out of that pattern. Seems you've been really unlucky

I've had it where they do that 3-4 times in a row. I also had Diva move in the same spot and logged on with a mayor after trying to plot reset and she was in the same spot, I feel your pain, (She moved right behind the Town Hall)

update: He is moving around but very slowly, it seems that spot is his fave and its annoying as its right behind the cafe .-.

Its not uncommon to see new villagers move in where old villagers were. But it's odd that he's being so assertive.
Maybe his options are limited. Do you have too many PWPs?

that is the worst spot he could go to that is why it is annoying me and plus i did plot rest him in the perfect spot. Now Apple is doing it, great!

I hope he moves somewhere you like! It seems like you are getting there though! Just keep it up I hope it doesn't take hours for you, I don't plot reset but I've heard it can be so boring Good luck!
