Hm, that's weird

My second character in the game has the "fashionista" rumor going on about him.

On the wiki it says you acquire the rumor from passing Gracie's fashion check or designing a lot of patterns. I've done neither with the character.

So what could be any other reason for this rumor? Dressing up a lot perhaps? I do change my clothes quite a lot with this character.

Hm, that's interesting. I've never gotten fashionista before, so I'm not sure what triggers it, but this makes me wanna try changing my clothes a bunch and see if that does it. I hardly ever change my outfit. ^^;
