HIRING A MAP MAKER!!

Hi so basically I'm having a hard time with coming up with terraforming ideas for my island
So I am commissioning a terraforming make over for my map!
I know it would take effort and work
But I will compensate your effort!

I have 4 spots that I desperately need help with

1st one is a really big spot!
I want like a mountain and ground level kinda thing. I need space for a zen garden and bamboo forest spa kinda thing

I was thinking the zen garden could be on the ground and the bamboo spa on the top?

Also 1 spot is also where the houses are all the way down to the beach!!! You can terraform that whole section

2 I have an entrance but it's not that good I could use some help with terraforming. I have a restrant on the opposite side of the airport

3 i have a park but it's kinda boring terraforming could make it cooler

4- i just have an empty space here and I really need help here terraforming would be appreciated

So the spaces I really need help with is mostly 1 and 4

I can pay in igb and nmt or we can make a deal! Here is a map without markings
