I've been playing this wonderful series for 18 YEARS (oh sweet baby Jingle--that makes me feel so old) now, and I have enjoyed every moment. Even all these years later, I'm still very much in love with the series. Animal Crossing means a lot to me, it has been there for me through every single thing in my life--good and bad.

Looking forward to being a more active contributor here on the forums, and maybe meeting some folks who love the series just as much as I do!

Ahh!!! This is such a hard choice, but I think I have to say New Leaf. I have a lot of fond memories in the original GameCube release, as well, but something about New Leaf just feels like home. I've been considering going back to play it again. Maybe I will.

i agree!! new leaf is so good in so many ways. out of all the games in the series, it's the one i play the most and the only one of which i have multiple towns for. i continue to have so much fun with it! i only wish online play for 3DS were still here, as i very much enjoyed being able to visit other people's towns and vice versa, the dream suite, and club tortimer. :]

have any favourite villagers? i hope im not bothering you with questions!
