HHA points

I am currently still working on getting one room in my house up to 150k for HHA. THe two rooms I try to get the 150k are as follows. A red and black themed room, with the
-full gegerous set
card lamp
-black katana
-labrador ornament
-Phoebes pic
-letter set
-basic trash can (black, refurbised)
-Alto Saxaphone (On west side of room)
- Jukebox (West side of room)
- Wooden Display Stand with gold the decorative plate (butterfly, refurbised)

My other room is as follows, I gracieish themed room
-Full Gracie Set + 2 Extra tables, and and extra chair
- Willows Pic
- Teddys Pic
-Piggy Bank
-2 Wood display stands
- Either blue pansy's are zippers pic on one of the display stands
- ABD
- Chesters Pic
- New Nintedo DS K.K.

My current HHA score is between 130k-140k

Does any one have any suggestion to get either room to 150k points. Note none of these rooms are the basement! Thanks!

I would suggest adding seasonal bugs/ fish (even temporarily) as they will add more points to your score! Like a salmon, autumn leaf chair, etc. Also maybe add in the box of tissues if you have it because that adds on points no matter the theme!
I think hold off on the blue pansies and put zippers pic up instead because flowers can interfere with certain themes.
What color is your piggy bank? Maybe you can put in on a certain side of the room according to feng shui? Those can boost up your points a lot! (Although I can see you put yellow items in the west already, so you know about that ) maybe try putting 1 small item of each color in each room, like.. the card lamp can go in the west side of your room (it counts as red), and then maybe a plant that can go on the south side of your Gracie room and the gorgeous room? The bromeliaceae might look nice!
Also, do you have the wallpaper/flooring that go with your Gracie and gorgeous sets? That tends to add on a lot of points if you don?t have them! You probably already do though
