So Today I just got 157,000 interior points, but Phineas is not showing up..

Thing is, I just temporarily changed my house design for this, replaced everything with sets and all... If I change it back to my old interior which only has 70,000 points, can I still get the badge from Phineas?

Phineas sometimes takes a while to show up, so all you can do is be patient and wait for a couple of days. You can also try to reload and make sure you look for him everywhere.

I don't know the answer to whether it affects anything to change your house back to normal. I think it shouldn't, since you can get the bell saving badge even after you spend money (as long as you hit the amount necessary), but maybe you can keep it that way just in case.
