HG/SS

When HeartGold and SoulSilver release, will we be able to transfer our pokemon from our GBA games? Because when I'm finished with HG/SS, I want to trade my Lugia from Gale of Darkness onto one of my GBA games; then transfer it to HG/SS.

Even though I like the name SoulSilver far better than HeartGold, should I just get HeartGold since I'm going to be able to get a Lugia anyways?

I'm assuming HG/SS are DSi only so they probably won't be a Pal Park and it will go:
XD-GBA-DPPt-HG/SS
If it's DS, there prolly will be Pal Park and it will be

XD-GBA-HG/SS

SS FTW because Lugia can beat Ho-oh any day.

Lugia can learn Hydro Pump and Ho-oh is half Fire.
