HG/SS question

Will we be able to get Secret bases, like the ones in Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald, or like the Underground in Daimond, Pearl and Platinum. I have searched around for a while and it hasn't done anything.

Well considering all the cool items were obtained via Pokemon Stadium 2, I can see why.
