Like someone Zero said, it's just a name glitch. Copy the "fake Storm" username and paste it into Notepad. It shows up "stormcommande

It's a little shorter... must be a symbol that doesn't show up.

I don't care if you know about this or not, but there is no way this is NOT Storm.

The fact that he had an invisible character in his name proves it, IF doesn't do that, it says this:

If you ask my opinion... I think it might be someone from AXing. We've already gotten one idiot from there a few days ago, and it wouldn't surprise me if they thought pulling a stunt like this would be funny.
