Well, i know some people use www.gaiatools.com or w.e it is. but i prefer to use www.randimg.net

I use Randimg and i have no problems with it. I use it for Signitures+ Avitars and it seems to work Perfectly.
And alot of TBT uses GaiaTools for the same reasons. Its Personal Preference.

Also both ARE 100% Free (i know some which actually cost.)
