Help?

i need your help. my pokedex in pokemon diamond is almost completely full and I only need a MILOTIC, MESPIRIT, and a DITTO. (please do not make fun of me, i've resently re-started my game(s) and so i'm working on my pokedex/national dex)..

also the only pokemon i haven't "seen" is MILOTIC.. so i am in dire need of one, i understand they are hard to come by. and no i do not want nor do i need a FEEBAS..

so if you are willing to help me out i would greatly appreciate it, here's what can be in it for you;
- i can level your pokemon up to lvl. 100

OR...

- i can get you a CRANIDOS, SHIELDON, ANORITH, ARODACTYL, KABUTO, OMANYTE, or a LILEEP
