So, a few days ago, I picked up Rasher from the void. As you can likely guess, I don't approve of this. I have a different cranky I want. At least his house didn't destroy anything. Anyways, I wanna get him or Felicity out, but not any of my other villagers. So what Time Traveling technique is the easiest, fastest, and safest? Which method had helped you out in the past? I don't want any of my dreamies to move out.

When I tt a villager out I go three days forward and then back to the correct date. Someone should ask.
I've lost dreamies this way and had to put them in my one of my other towns which be a pain. Good luck :)

1. Find out if anyone wants to move
2. Is it who you want? If not, tell them to stay. If it is, good! (If they decide to stay after you tell them "cya" then just close the game without saving, load it again, and they will ping you wanting to move again so just tell them "cya again")
3. TT 3 days ahead
4. Repeat

Just make sure to talk to everyone so that they will continue to ping you!

I usually try to find the villager that wants to move by talking to one specific villager, usually one that you don't want to leave.

After if the villager is someone you don't like, you tell then to go. If they refuse, just go to home and close the game. You should remember the date if he tells you to move, you can TT to that date directly and he'll be gone by that time.

If the villager IS someone you want, you tell them to don't go, then go forward 3 days. You repeat this process til you successfully get your unwanted villager out. I've not personally had any problems with this method.

Bump!

So what I'm doing is stopping a villager from leaving, TT two days ahead, 2 day back, and see if anyone wants to move. If someone doesn't want to move I TT 1 day forward until someone asks to move. Then I repeat the steps. I've gotten two villagers to stop from moving away and it's working pretty well.
