If you need bells you should find a thread that buys tbt bells. You have 839 right now, and people usually pay about 800k per 100 bells, which means if you sell 800 you'll get from 7-8 million. That's how I got bells when I started out the game.
Also dream villagers are villagers that you really want in your town and you wouldn't let them move. My dream villagers are in my signature and they all live in my town. I wouldn't let any of them move because they're my favorite villagers.

To the player you're selling them to, click their bells amount.
The action will be on Transfer and put in the amount you are giving them and press submit.
You'll then get a receipt of the action from Gyroid.

Venice answered it, but another way is to go up to the top of the page under the banner, and there should be a link that says "Currency". You can click it, click your bells, and then change the person's name your transferring to their username. You can also add a note, like "For ___" or "Paying in advance" or something like that.
