help with villager ping // UPDATE: Villager finally pinged! yay!

So earlier today Francine told me that Phoebe was thinking about moving out. I did what I always do when that happens, I saved and quit the game, turned it back on, and went looking for Phoebe to get her to ping me and tell her not to move.
But today is Pinky's birthday, and I found Phoebe in her house celebrating. I turned it off and on again, but Phoebe was still in the house, and she won't go outside. I figure villagers stay all day when they're in another one's house for their birthday?
How do I get her to ping me? If she doesn't go outside today, can I still get her to ping me tomorrow, or will it be too late? I really, really don't want to lose her

Do they stay in her house all night? Maybe you could wait and see if by a certain time in the evening when the party's over, she might step out. I have a feeling that if you wait until tomorrow, it might already be too late And I wouldn't wanna risk it if you time travel to a day before.

But I've never really experienced this, so maybe someone else that has gone through it might give you better advice. I hope you figure it out! I can imagine how frustrating that can be, seeing as you're helpless in this situation T_T

I tried 10am, 5pm, 10pm, and she was in the house. I'm gonna try all hours if I have to :/ I don't actually know when birthday parties end? yeah, I don't want to wait until tomorrow either... And I definitely won't TT to another day.

it's Phoebe who wants to move, Francine was the one to warn me
I tried, from 6am to 11pm she was in Pinky's house ;-; I haven't been able to find a single hour where she wasn't in there
I really don't want her to move ;-; this is really the worst timing ever

UPDATE: I got her to ping me!!
I was afraid to TT too far but I did, I went to tomorrow (september 10th) at midnight (so really tonight) and she was outside :') So I guess birthday parties end at midnight and whoever is celebrating spends the entire day there singing with the birthday villager? lmao
