Help with Used Title Color Change Failure

Hello! I purchased a user title color change today from the shop for 220 TBT, and then used it to change my title to a lightish shade of pink, (FF99CC is the exact code number I used) but after I hit the button to apply, I realized it didn't work. I'm not sure what went wrong, but it is a little disappointing. I put the code in correctly, but I'm not sure why it didn't work when I checked my page and posts.

Thank you for any help!

Also, when I say it didn't work, I mean that the color stayed completely the same as it was prior to the use of the color change, and it didn't change at all.

Once its used you have to buy another one sadly.

It looks like you forgot to include the # in front of the hex code. I've removed the item and refunded you the bells as a one-time offer if you'd like to try again.
