Hi! I've been trying to do the wetsuit pwp trick for 3 days. I have like, 5 pwps left. I was just wondering if they were affected by friendship with the villager/doing things with the villager? Like, if you change their catchphrase when they ask will they not ask again and request a pwp next time? Or are they more likely to request a pwp if their better friends with you? I only ask because I've been doing it a lot in the past 3 days, and obviously with the waiting 5 minutes thing it takes some time, and it usually takes like 7 tries or I don't even get one in a day. Thank you!

There has been some new info I heard... and it works.
As soon as you get in the water, get stung by a jelly fish. Your villagers will then prompt to ping again. =3
No need to wait 5mins. Just get stung.
I never did the wetsuit trick before, but I heard the stung thing and all I could think was "nuh uh?" so I tested it. And it works. XP
And as for friendship lvl... The second day Fang lived in my town ((so no chance of making friendship, yet)) he requested police station.
And really, my town isn't even a month old, yet, so I don't really have much of a friendship with any of my villagers... and the ones I talk to all the time and always do things for ((who would be higher)) never ping me for anything except trying to sell me art. -cough- julian -cough-
So, in my experience with new and old town, PWP request are random. Not based on friendship lvl.

If you offer to change their phrases and stuff then they won't ask you again that same day which will limit the pool of what they can ask you even more. Also make sure you know which personality types are gonna recommend your last 5... I'm down to about 5 left too and I've been making my Smug villagers ping me when I realized the Metal Bench came from Peppy villagers ;-;
