Help with starting over on my second town?

I want to start over on my second town, So I'm hoping I can find someone who will let me dump my stuff on their beach while I find the perfect town. ^^ I want to find a good town with few rocks/ponds and everything. I only need 1 person to help... If you want I could probably pay 5 mil or so for your help ~ merci ~

Well I don't know how long it will take ^^ I will probably be resetting several times looking for the perfect map. I mean, I won't take all day but I don't think it will be 5 minutes, either?
