Help with my town

I want to try decorating my town but don't have any ideas... exept from the brigde placement (i want to move the right brigde more south and the left one more to the left side)the misplaced pwp in front of my house (to keep villagers moving there) and the soon-to-be-there cafe where Alfonso lives (when I get suggestions from blathers...)
My villager placement is not really good; Ken is the only one that I want to keep.
Any suggestions? I want the town's theme to be modern-zen mixed = no fairytale theme. And natural paths because it takes too long to lay out different parts.
