Help with my themed town!

So I have a tropical town...I need help with what to do with the homes.
One house is a tropical resort/hotel. Another is going to be a tropical themed home...

What could the 3rd house be while still keeping a tropical feel to it? I can't think of anything. Any ideas??

Well...if you don't incorporate a restaurant into your hotel, then you should totally make a Surfer Cafe sort of deal. Lots of palm tree lamps, fruit baskets, surfer-dude waiters. I think that would look really nice.

Oh, and you'd put it close by the ocean.

Have a tropical themed restaurant!

Put fruits everywhere and use cabana furniture. c: Oh, and also an aquarium would look nice. Or a gift shop! You know, with sea globes and treasure chests and stuff like that.

Tropical home for the mayor, tropical hotel/resort...I think you could include a spa package in the resort. That would leave perhaps a tropical restaurant and a tropical casino!

You could make all of those things compounded into one house. One floor is the gift shop, one room is the spa; it's like the "convention center". I really like the restaurant idea.

Lol you can do what I'm doing with my town and add a restraunt (mine isn't tropical themed though).
Main room- dining area (like some people said, cabana, tropical fruits, etc)
Left- Men/women restroom
Right- above but - the gender used in the left room
Back- Kitchen
Down stairs- For me I was going to make this like a mini store but for foods and beverages. You can either do this or the storage room where all the food is kept.
Upstairs- You can either do the office where the finance is taking cared of or the private room.
(I imagine you're going to take the more fun choices instead of the more realistic choices but thats fine lol)

A spa is a good idea. You can also do a beach shop. You can have a bunch of surfboards, diving items (+fishing rods), etc on display.
