So I have a level 1 Feebas with the prism scale attached, so now all I need is someone to let me trade it to them and then have them trade it back. So if anyone is willing to help me out, that would be great! Thank you!

Not really. There's a place where you can get a Feebas 100% of the time in ORAS, and I could trade you one as I have 7 boxes of them from trying to get my shiny, IV trained and with good natures.

Darn... I was speaking from experience in Ruby, actually. Didn't know there was a 100% area for Feebas.

They made it significantly easier when 4th Gen rolled around thanks to the GTS, 5th it became common, and 6th is a joke now thanks to the two 100% spots.

You can also evolve Feebas by raising its beauty level. But if you rather trade and haven't found someone to help you out, I will gladly trade and trade back with you.

I've heard rumors that having a bunch of attractive selfies in your 3DS camera helps feebas evolve, too.

I assume the OP is talking about X/Y. The Prism Scale can't be found in OR/AS after all.

I know it can't be found in ORAS. But I thought you could still evolve Feebas by raising its beauty level in XY in addition to trading with the Prism Scale. I could be wrong, I haven't played X in a good amount of time. Just trying to give them another option.

It's just one or the other. You can raise it's beauty to max and it'll evolve without trading. Or you can trade it with a prism scale.

That's what I was saying, I evolved a few Milotics by stuffing it's face with those pokeblocks, haha.

Raise its beauty with what in X/Y? There's no way to do that, as contest stats are not accessible. The last game to have a way to raise contest stats before OR/AS was HG/SS.
