Help with building town^-^

I had to buy a new copy because of a very unfortunate accident but I suck at laying paths and making it organized. If this were your town, how would you do it? Where should I put my caf? & police station?

Put the police station in the upper right peninsula. As for the caf?, put it somewhere near the holding pond (north one, not the one by Re-Tail.)

I'm no expert on laying paths as I've done it very rarely, so I can't help much there I'm afraid, but I think your caf? would look cute in that big open space next to your mayor's house and your police station could probably look good in the bottom right somewhere.

Put the cafe to the right side of your plaza, seems like the top left of your town will be the busy part of your town

in my old town, I had like a mini shopping plaza/center with town hall, the tree, caf?, and retail all close by but this time I want my caf? to probably be in a quiet place. In my old old town, I had it surrounded by bamboo and I liked it. Maybe I'll add bamboo around it again c: don't know. I want to see everyone's opinions.

I was thinking of that but not sure if it would fit. Also Stitches is in the top left corner and I want to keep him lol. (almost same spot in last town)
