I have the same exact problem. ;-; I don't know what's with them! I get everyone else just fine, but every time I think I have it perfect it ends up telling me "Ah, so close!" Sorry I'm not being much of help. I hope you'll find your answer soon!

You want the ball to come up to your chin! c:

The bottom snowball should be the size of your character's body, and the head the size of your character's head.
I think that was it anyway.
