HELP: Villager shirt after reporting to Isabelle

I reported to Isabelle because Olivia changed into someone else's QR code they put in my town. (I like all my villagers to wear the QR code I have up in every spot in Ables shop). She changed in that basic tee and now she WON'T change at all. I have been time traveling a lot and nothing. Is she going to change eventually? Or does reporting to Isabelle make it even more difficult for them to change into a QR code specifically? Any help/advice please

It might take a while, because my villagers do that. If you want her in something at least decent, try mailing her some shirts.
