Help uploading 3DS videos!?

Can someone post a way to upload a video wirelessly through the internet browser (like 3DS image share)? I don't have an SD reader for my computer, and I want to be able to post my flipnotes online!

Are you using any New 3DS model? Well, you can effectively export your videos via microSD Wireless Transfer from Data Management on the Settings. You do need a laptop with Windows 7/8/10 and a wireless router for that.
