Help! This is driving me crazy!

Due to an open spot and ONE wifi interaction, Tex has forced his way in and planted his stupid house in my main town! I am in midst of having Peanut move over in a few days' time and now this happens (now the town is full). I would like to seek the advice of TBTers as to what would be a better option and explanations if possible.

Right now, I would like to know whether Tex in this scenario is immune to moving no matter how I TT. Since he moved in, all my existing characters have only spoken to him ONCE (introductions, nothing else).

Meanwhile, Freya has pinged to move and I will let her go if Tex is really immune to moving for now (Freya initially was on my next-to-move list after Peanut moved in). If I void Freya on my main town and when both mayors meet, will Freya move to my cycling town on the day after Peanut moved out?

Any advice on which option i should consider?

He's the latest move-in, is he immune to moving out? I read somewhere that it is very difficult to get the latest move-in to get out...

I would also like to know on the day I meet Peanut in the cycling town, will Freya move into that town (assuming I voided her in mine) on the day after Peanut moved in? Freya was next on my move-out list before Tex butt in.

Tex is only immune to moving out straight after moving in.. Once another one of your villagers has pinged you to move, he can then ping you to move..

So, if you don't want Tex Mex, TT him out.. He'll leave eventually

Currently Freya has pinged to move. So that means as long as I decline her to move, Tex is eligible to move out too? My only worry is by then, Freya will be harder to move out since I declined her and a whole load of my dreamies will start pinging me to move first instead.

May I also seek advice if this option is good:
Void Freya, let Peanut move in as arranged. Then when the town is full, Tex can ping to move after all the ignoring and I have already achieved the objective of moving Freya out.

If you want Freya to go, then yes, letting her go (or telling her no) will let Tex Mex be eligible to move afterward

That would be the best scenario I could ask for. Main worry is not being able to get Tex out by then (based from past experiences my top 2 vulnerable-to-move dreamies are Fang and Marshal) and will risk losing Peanut. :'(

Also wanna know if it is possible to let someone adopt Freya WITHOUT being forced in a 10th villager again before I invite Peanut over.
