The one thing I suggest is you start by using references from online. Say like, you wanna draw a favourite character of yours, collect loads of pictures of them online, save them and refer to them whilst you're drawing. That is usually what helps me most of the time! But to really get your drawings accurate, why not try looking for tutorials online? I've been trying to draw "anime" for a long time now, but I don't really think I'm any good, but heck, just with lots of practice and hard work, my drawings have slowly improved over time. Most people think my drawings are pretty good but I still think I have a long way to go. :3 Just don't be disheartened if you think your drawing isn't as good as someone else. It just takes a LOT of practice! Good luck ^^
the best way to learn how to draw anime in my opinion is looking at real people for reference. looking at other anime for anatomy study is one of the worst things you can do. most every anime artists draw realistic things, too, even if they don't show it.
also, there is not trick to suddenly become an anime master, so do not expect to be pro right away. being lazy and not doing things like studying anatomy and then wondering why you cant draw doesnt make sense.
