You have to get rid of all your weeds. But if for some reason you're saving up your weeds for a weeding badge or something you can place a pwp on top of it and it will go away.

There are plenty of people who will come over and pull weeds for the badge if that's part of the problem! Trees, flowers, a few PWPs will help too. Liquefy has some numbers in the FAQ. Took 71 trees and a PWP to get rid of it, even after getting rid of the weeds. Be sure to take a picture of it and catch a fly before it's gone

Haha. I've known 2 people who wanted to grow one but gave up. I've never looked, but maybe you could just find some tiles to put down that mimic one? That way you could enjoy your Rafflesia without the trash, flies and weeds

I think you need to plant a bunch of trees someplace then - you can plant 1K bell bags with your gold shovel to get saplings. And maybe add a PWP elsewhere that will help your town improve - at least till you can get rid of this "flower."
