Is there a place to put diaries/fanfictions?

fan fics I think can go in the museum, as it is a user created thing, diaries... iono...I don't think we have many people do that here, but I would say in the cafe or off topic....I would almost say write that just on your computer or a blog site and if there is something specific you wanna talk about make a topic for that.
