help please!

my house is 95% finished, and I'm stumped at how I can finish my basement.

other than that, I just need to put the ebony piano (refurbished to white) in the first floor right wing.

my basement is a mermaid / under water theme but I can't think of anything else I could put in it
(I'm not set on the layout yet, so the room might get shuffled around a bit, but there's still a lot of empty space)

If you have any suggestions, that would be great!

also my DA is in my signature (Redwoods) if you want to have a look at what I've already got in it / what space there is to work with

You could turn it into an aquarium and have real fish in it
Or you can make it like a ship wreck underwater or something and use the underwater wallpaper and flooring and diver dan (is that his name?) and a treasure box

I've already got the mermaid set in it, along with a bunch of shells, the treasure chest, jellyfish lamp, and the mobile (customised to fish)

I would put a couple fish in it but I don't know what one's I'd use + I'm not really a fan of how the fish tanks look

Hm... I have the same room as you (but in the back) and I incorporated a lot of beach things like the net, volley ball, hula doll, ukulele, some of the instruments you can get from the island, beach chair x2, beach table, sea globe, sand castle, remade Aloha K.K. into a Sea shell music box.

I've got k.k. island as a sea shell music box! I kinda want to keep it as a completely underwater theme, rather than have some beach style furnature too. I've also got the mermaid statue, a couple aurora screens, and the pisces lamp in there, the aquaruis urn might look nice? I'm gna try get the crab clock and the bottled ship too!
