Hi I'm very new to this I'm looking to make new friends and visit/invite people to my town. I can't seem to find my friends code to give out but I think I've manage to add people but there not active to know I'm I'm doing this right can someone please help me thank you
if you are connected to the internet, to see your friend code go to your friends list (the orange square with the smiley face on your ds home page), and scroll to your avatar and it should say your code underneath your name

it shows them inactive because both people need to add each other
