Help! My cousin formatted my 3ds

My cousin decided to mess with me and reformated my 3ds i think i might have lost all of my work on acnl what do i do D:?

Ran a quick Google search on this and found that, well, your game save is gone. Reformatting the 3DS apparently makes it so that save data on the SD Card is unrecognizable to the 3DS post-format. Unfortunately, I don't think that recovering the data is possible, sorry, but good luck if you do so choose to rebuild.

I did cry I lost a lot of work and 3 tier 1 villagers and 7 of my dreamies I think that was the thing that stung the most.

I found a very large spider and put it in his room... his reaction tonight will be much better then punching him in the face
