Help me plot some paths and a question about town quality?

After I get the gold watering can, I'm planning to redo my entire village. That includes at least 3-4 PWPs I put up solely to get the perfect town status, relocating trees, bushes, and flowers, and laying down new paths. Anyone care to help me chart out some new paths?

And a question regarding town quality: by chopping trees and removing PWPs I know my town will lose the perfect status, but would it drop totally to the pits. I currently have the beautiful town ordinance, TONS of flowers and don't do any TTing. But even so, would massive reconstruction push me towards the Meat Flower threshold? I certainly hope not as I'd hate to have that thing grow while I'm working.

Not drawn accurately but it's certainly a start. As for the latter question, I'm not quite sure.

You only get the rafflesia flower if you have a s**t ton of weeds and/or garbage, I believe
