I have no clue on how to make a drop down list as my signature without it always saying spoiler i don't want it to say spoiler how do i fix this please!

To have a spoiler box say something other than SPOILER, you've gotta do something like the following:

[spoiler="Hello World"]End Prompt[/spoiler]

Spoiler: Hello World

End Prompt
