Help me making themed house plz

Ok so my town has this resort type feel and I wanted to make my house more like this fancy hotel that had some rooms that were in low light kind of like the gorgeous series (in the basement), a bright/semi bright room (for the top room) kind of like a pent house, a lounge in the main room and the other 3 rooms would be a kitchen,casino and maybe some kind of club area? so anyways what furniture do you guys suggest? ( please suggest sets and individual pieces I could use and the room for it)

I say use rococo for the fancy hotel room,
gorgeous for casino, you can make a bar with the gorgeous counter
You can use the princess set for the penthouse or the customized modern set.
For the kitchen maybe go with minimalist?

If you're going for a casino you could try resembling it to look like the casino/hotels of Super Mario Sunshine. Island furniture is probably your best bet for this idea. The rolling suitcase, sand castle, cabana furniture etc. For the casino the card series works wonders.
