Help me identify this panda cupcake item please!

So I've been on a binge of watching town tours because I'm so starved for Animal Crossing content, and on one of my little adventures, I saw a cute little panda cupcake in the video linked above. I have never seen this before and I honestly thought I've seen every item in the game already. It must be a customised item, I'm guessing. If anyone knows what it is, please tell me. It's adorable and I want it. Thanks!

There should be a complete customisation guide somewhere, I'm sure I don't know of a lot of items that can be customised..
