Help me identify furniture is this picture?

I was looking on tumblr for some kitchen ideas and was wondering what some of this furniture was in this picture

Mainly the bottom table, the chairs, the shelves on the left, and the kitchen counter thing on the top right

The cream furniture belongs to the ranch series and has been refurbished, the kitchen counter is called kitchen island or something similar and is a rare item from the island.

Tables, chairs and shelves are the ranch furniture customized to white
and by the top right I think you are referring to the kitchen sink or if you are referring to the one in front of it which is the kitchen island

All are from the ranch set refurbished in white. The sink is called the kitchen sink.

What a nice kitchen! Take away the Brewstoids and it would be a perfect room, IMO.
