Buying Help me hold a birthday party for my brother?

My brother's birthday is tomorrow but it's illegal for me to visit him because of our coronavirus lockdown lol ): I just had the idea to hold a birthday party for him on my island but I don't have any decorative items like cake or things?? If you have anything thats vaguely birthday theme-like and are willing to let me catalogue or buy them I'm willing to pay in IGB (name your price idk how pricing is in the market these days) So sorry I can't offer NMT because I'm saving up for my dreamie Bob :/

It's not exactly birthday themed but here's what I have:

- All x8 Soft Serve Lamps
- Of course most people have them, but those bunny day balloons
- I have quite a few DIYs including all of Celeste's current DIYs. If there's anything he's been wanting specifically craft-wise ask? Just probably need a supply of gold if you ask for that.

If you're nook shop is open I'd like to buy some wrapping paper to provide some gifts! Wrapped gifts are some-what birthday related! (My shop isn't open right now so I can't wrap the items)

Coincidentally Celeste is at my island tonight. I trapped her at the airport front if you wanna come and catalog at my island.

I can make nova lights if you bring the 5 star fragments it takes to make each. you can change the colors!
I can also make the garland but it is not much of an outdoor item.

The items are special items that you get on your birthday (cake from mom, random birthday furniture during your party that villagers throw).
You can have the cake but your brother is gonna get one anyway. I can let you borrow the sign if that’s okay! I might need it back because my cousins birthday is next week. ^^

[UPDATE] Thank you heaps to everyone who helped me decorate and also those who left him gifts!! TTT He was really surprised and was touched by the kindness in the community since he's never really interacted online much before :'D And he also had so many items he had to drop tools on my island to take it all back lololol
