Zell is camping in my town, and idk if I should move him in or not. I have enough space to, i'm just not sure. Help anyone?

What I like to do (or wish) is to take them in my town (esp. if theyre popular) then give them away for free but sadly I have no space

Zell is lovely~ He is my 1st move in smug and I am so-so with him, but when he start to get favourite by me, he moved out due to TT accident ;_; but really he is lovely =D also I am confused a little on his gender at beginning xD
