Go with a simple grey cobble stone path. None of the paths I found online appealed to me 100 percent so I tried to mix different codes up. Which path do you prefer? Do you have other suggestions for a cute pastel town?

I really like this path, but I honestly think it would look better in a natural forest town.
But you could totally make it work in a pastel town!! So don't take that wrong at all, please.

I've had a few pastel towns, and I've done a pink path/blue and I done cream colored paths.
Personally the cream colored ones looked really nice, but either one would be cute.

You can always lay it down and if you decide you don't like it, you can change it after lookijg at it. ~

Yeah I totally agree with you. I’m a sucker for forest themed towns and have one planned but with a dark green mossy path. Maybe this town will be more cute pastel and not overall pastel. Like with lots of pastel elements. I thought if the path was pastel too it could get a bit overwhelming overall if you know what I mean?:)
Do you have pictures or a link of the path you’ve used?:)

I love forest towns too! You could mix the both and still have a very pretty outcome, so I like the idea you're going with!

I sadly don't because that town got deleted. :c
But I found the majority of all of my QRs on pinterest, so you could try to look there?

However, if I do come across it again, I'll post it!! c:

I love the idea of a stone path in a cute pastel forest town! Maybe you could try and find a pinky-neutral stone path instead if you think that would fit both themes better?

I prefer the left one here, but I also think you could alternate between these two paths throughout the town!

~Also, I think the contrast would be lovely in a pastel town.

Yeeah, that path really isn't suited for a pastel town. Not alot of stuff in ACNL is pastel coloured outside, so if you used that path, it doesn't rely match the theme of the town.

I would suggest white stones, or a light wood path, to have more of a naturey feel.

I like the stone path. You could line it with hybrid flowers especially with some pinks and purples. I think that would pull it together.

That was my plan! Lots of pink and purple around it and fairy tale pwps!

The stone path you chose looks like something you'd see naturally in a garden. I think the right Pwps would look really pretty, keeping the theme. There are so many paths that are pastel that you could find but, for me, I guess there's such a thing as too much pastel. I think this route would showcase the flowers along the path, like make them POP more. Experiment with some options but whatever you choose, I'm sure it's going to look great. Good Luck!

I think either path could work for what you want to do. I agree with LilD that it looks like something you'd see in a typical garden. I like the consistency of the path on the right, but the lighter colors of the path on the left are also nice.

I know you could go with a more pastel or cream colored path, but I think this is a nice change of pace. It will set your town apart from all the rest.

I agree with just about everyone else. That path looks very natural and might suit a forest town better, but I'm sure you could make it work if you really want to. If you want to keep it simple, a lighter tile might be nice because it might give the town a brighter feel without it being a pastel overload. Maybe something like these?http://https://blitzbijou.tumblr.com/post/127836152411/here-is-my-marble-tiled-path-likereblog-if-using Or even a lighter grey would be nice. If you still want to use the dark stone, it might look nice in a woodsy part of the town as a secondary path to the campsite or orchard or something Again, it's totally up to you and I'm sure it'll look great no matter which you choose. :)

I think the paths would look great in a pastel town if you want more focus to things like flowers and PWPs it would most certainly look great! However, if you want the path to blend in with the theme then I'd say to find a pastel brick path or something. Hope this could help :D
