Lilyvale sounds more like a location name, but Coco is a much more original. I've seen Lilyvale used before (not just in AC, but other games too).

I had the same issue. I went with the one that I "felt" the most. Anyway, I tend to gravitate to the unique, so, I like Coco best. But, obviously, the choice is completely up to you.

Lilyvale is a very pretty name for your town! My town name is Hancock, since I live near a town called Hancock and my real town name is too long xD
