Help me choose a normal!

So I'm currently trying to decide between these 10 cuties. It's so hard! I already have Maple on my island but I want to switch her out (I love her too tho) and possibly add in a second normal. Right now I'm kind of leaning towards Gala, Lily, Margie, Melba, and Pekoe as far as my top 5.. but all 10 of them are so cute to me! If the dialogue didn't kill me I'd probably make an all normal island.
Please vote twice to help me decide which 2 normals to invite Also if you have any of them in your town feel free to let me know why you love them!

I put them all in the same boring clothes so I could judge them just on character design.

but more so margie because she was soooo cute in the movie ♡♡♡♡

From your list I have/had Fauna, Pekoe, Molly, Merengue.
Seeing Molly brought me lots of joy when I had her. I thought she was the cutest and I loved talking to her! I am a bit sad that I've let her go.
Pekoe was one of my starters so maybe that's why I voted for her. Her hair matches yours too so... twinsies c': <3 She also has a really good aesthetic (character design and house) imo. It's cohesive!!

Fauna and Merengue are cute too, but I don't love them as much as Pekoe and Molly. I only let them stay because I ship Beau and Fauna and Merengue was one of my NL favorites haha.

I voted for Lily! I had her on my island and she's so adorable and nice! Although that can be said for all villagers, but can they all go outside in the rain and still be super happy about it? I don't think so! If you hate rainy days like I do on the island, Lily will cheer you up!

I know you also have Maple and having Pekoe means you’ll have duplicate species but she’s such a cutie too. She means a lot to me because she’s Asian themed and I’m Asian so she reminds me a lot of home and that’s just so cute to me so I personally like her. Molly is also such a cutie. I’ve had her for a long time and she’s just so smol she’s adorable. In NL, I had Lily as a starter and I found her very sweet too. To me, what’s special about her is her coloring. She’s pastel and very refreshing and unique to look at. These normals are all such treasures I don’t think you can go wrong.

I voted for Melba because she is just so sweet & the soft pinkish colors are adorable. I absolutely could not resist picking her up from an island. Unfortunately I had to let her go because I had 3 normals that I want to cut down to 1 or 2 (used to love normal personality, but they’re a little too bland in this game) and she was the first to request to leave :/.

I'm super biased, but I LOVE Chevre. She's super sweet and the goats need more love. You're more than welcome to visit her and Nan (also normal) on my island if you want to!

A more serious answer, out of your top 5 though I'd pick Margie! The elephants are really sweet looking and Margie is one of my favorite normals. Plus she'll add some species variety to your island if that's a factor for you.

2. Molly
3. Fauna

5. Chevre
6. Melba
7. Margie
--- 1-7 are really close for me, like 7-way tie close ---
8. Pekoe
9. Gala
10. Coco

So since I could only vote for 2, it's Merengue and Molly for me!
