Please help me find a home for Ankha! Her house is a bit unoriginal, but it is all repairable!

I'm looking primarily for Merengue, but I'd also like Zucker if you are willing to add a few million bells. At this point, I'll consider all tier 1 villagers.

Please help me! I only have an hour before I have to get off...
