Looking For Help Identifying Custom Design Codes

Hi there!

I'm looking for someone to help me identify the following design codes from this image my friend sent me:

• The arched window with the green iron design (behind the coat rack)
• The stone wall with ivy (behind cypress plant)
• Cobblestone path (behind panels, under iron benches...I'm looking for a mix of grey/brown tones)

Can anyone help me out? These would work perfect for my new island!

The cobblestone ivy wall can be found under the creator code MA-7812-9701-2247

Had the code for that still saved on my phone because I used the exact same one for one of the Halloween building events on here. It also comes with a matching wall without the windows, but unfortunately none without the ivy/ivy on the other side. Hope this helps somewhat
