HELP! I Need to Diversify My Villagers~

Hey so after a while I realized I don't need like, 3 normal's, 3 smug's, and 2 snooty's in my town so I've been trying to diversify my villagers personality types for better public works projects.
I've already gotten rid of Lolly and replaced her with Chief in Order to get a cranky villager, Blanche in order to get Kid Cat for a jock, and a few other trades but I need help deciding who else to let go.
I need to replace 2 of my villagers and have picked out my replacements which are Fuchsia(uchi) and Punchy(lazy) or Zucker(lazy) who are the personality types I am missing.

Right now my villagers are;
Marshal(smug)
Colton(smug)
Julian(smug)
Diana(snooty)
Whitney(snooty)
Maple(normal)
Molly(normal)
Chrissy(peppy)
Kid Cat(jock)
Chief(cranky)
Obviously I need Chrissy, Kid Cat, and Chief to stay but my doubling and tripling on the other villagers types has me struggling.
Please comment you think I should let go.

I'd say removed Colton and Maple, and replace with Fuchsia and Zucker ;P

Swap Marshal and Molly for Fuschia and Punchy. It would be cruel to separate Colton and Julian let's be real here
(I have this same problem but sadly I'm to attached to my crankies and smugs to let even just one go -cri- )

I WAS HAVING THE HARDEST TIME WITH THIS BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO SEPARATE COLTON AND JULIAN BUT I LOVE MARSHAL SO MUCH BUT I THINK I'LL LET MARSHAL GO

I would swap Diana for Fuchsia and Colton or Julian for Zucker but who are your favorite villagers? Like the ones you want to keep regardless.

Well, out of the villagers you want to get rid of for other personalities, who do you prefer the most/talk to more? i hate neglecting some of my villagers so that's how I would choose. c: But personally, if it was me i'd get rid of maybe Maple. I mean normals can be mega sweet but they can also be really boring. Hence why I only have one in my town atm.

I would personally let go of Diana and Molly. Diana is a bit boring in my opinion (more so than Whitney) and I just really love Maple :>

If I were to get rid of a smug, it would be Julian, he's so popular, why not get some less popular cool villagers...
A snooty, it would be Diana, since you'd replace her with a deer (Fuchsia) anyway.
A Normal, it would be Molly, she's cute n' all but Maple is so sweet.

And if I were to get rid of two, I would pick Diana and Julian...
