Help deciding between two maps

*waves* I am fresh to this game (2days) and started everything over today for a better map. Now ive found theese two which at least are okay i believe?

So expirienced gamers, im asking you, which one is the best? Or should i keep resetting?

Really love the first one! I would choose that one if I were you.

I would keep resetting. I like maps where the river runs pretty evenly across the middle of the town (horizontally). Plus I prefer only having one pond as well, and a secret beach you can only get to by diving. Not to mention the placement of town hall, the plaza, and re-tail.

I personally would say keep looking. To me it seems kinda cramped and there are too many ponds (unless you like ponds).

Ask yourself these questions she picking a map:

1. Do I want my beach facing left or right?
2. How many ponds do I want?
3. Do I want a straight or wavy river?
4. Do I want Retail close to the Train or the Beach?
5. Does it have the Native fruit and Grass I like?

As you can see, this process can take several days, but the wait and time consumed is worth it.

I choose map 1. The second one has way to much river.

Map 1 in my opinion, map 2 also looks nice but I'm not a fan of the river ;<
