Help! Bugs in Villagers' Homes after Bug-Off!!!

Fang moved in two days ago, yesterday he was in boxes. I didn't give him anything and he was generated from my game (aka, I didn't get Fang from anyone). After the bug off, there are tons of bugs in Fang's house, and it looks incredibly ugly.
Is there any way to get rid of this? Does it go away after today? Please I need answers

my guess is fang is actually a void villager from someone else's island they gave him bugs and he put them in his house?

Well, we all need to check our houses. If it’s like the wedding event, maybe it can be fixed with TT. If we all have bugged houses, it’s going to be time with Nintendo.

I have his Amiibo, but I was so excited about him moving in. . . Why can't Isabelle reset villager's houses? ;^;

make a second character and talk to him, I believe if they're a voided villager they'll talk about their old island

if the bug off is at fault than they won't mention an old island

Villagers didn't suddenly get fish in their house after the Fishing Tourney, so I don't think this is a Bug-Off issue.

Yep, I think this is a void villager from someone’s island. I was super confused though because I never talked to Fang when he was in boxes or anything, and he showed up to my island with tons of bugs lol

Maybe you can fill his room with the proper furniture? This is what his house is supposed to have.
